  1. As a music lover, I appreciate this post! I’ve read about “The Day the Music Died” and the deaths of Holly along with Ritchie Valens, and The Big Bopper. My grandmother also told me about it when I was little as she played on of his records. They were just getting started in their music careers.

    1. Glad you liked the post Cherie-Retro Dee has a lot of interesting things like that on her blog you may want to check out. I thought I should post something about Buddy Holly for his birthday. I think The Buddy Holly story is one of the best movies about Rock and Roll ever made.
